Budma – Winners of the Gold Medal of Grupa MTP
Once again, the competition jury awarded the Gold Medals at BUDMA 2025 and decided to grant a total of nineteen Gold Medals to products submitted by exhibitors. As emphasized by the experts evaluating the submitted solutions, the selection of winners was very difficult due to the high level of innovation and the unique features of the products submitted. Meet the winners!
The products awarded this year represent a global level, confirming the presence of the latest solutions in the construction industry. These products will set the technological trends in the industry!
Here are the winners of the BUDMA 2025 Gold Medal.
BOSMAN Thermal Insulation Mineral Wool Adhesive submitted by SIL-CHEM Sp. z o.o. / OD A DO Z S.A.

The BotaGreen construction board is a universal solution that will prove useful for many construction works indoors – from levelling walls and floors to installing bathtubs, shelves or suspended ceilings, as well as outdoors when making roof soffits or plinth areas. Made from 100% recycled XPS, it combines durability with care for the planet, reducing CO₂ emissions and supporting sustainable construction. Thanks to its 100% waterproofness and resistance to fungi and mould, the BotaGreen construction board is a reliable choice for rooms exposed to moisture.

The SKAVSKA HALE gable halls with anti-condensation sheet metal and trapezoidal sheet metal with anti-condensation coating are modern structures that combine durability, functionality and aesthetics. Thanks to anti-condensation and trapezoidal sheets with anti-condensation coating, they protect stored goods and ensure optimal conditions. The gable roof increases safety and durability, and the modular design allows them to be adapted to the needs of agriculture, industry and logistics, supporting ecology.
FLUSH DOOR Smoke-proof Door submitted by VITRINTEC Sp. z o.o.
The smoke-tight FLUSH DOOR is an excellent choice for a safe and comfortable space. Thanks to the hidden frame to which 6 mm thick tempered glass is glued, the door combines aesthetics with acoustic comfort (Rw 36 dB). The aluminium frame (depth 53 mm, 55 mm, 78 mm or 100 mm) and hidden drop seals ensure tightness. Painting the profiles in any RAL colour allows for full personalisation, while the door closer and access control system increase safety of use.
Hyperdesmo ADY-610 – 100% aliphatic polyurethane liquid membrane for waterproofing and renovation of roof coverings, terraces and balconies submitted by Alchimica S.A. / ALCHIMICA POLSKA Sp. z o.o.
Hyperdesmo ADY-610 is a 100% aliphatic, liquid, one-component polyurethane membrane used for waterproofing/renovation of flat roofs, terraces and balconies. It is currently the highest achievement in terms of durability and technical parameters among all waterproofing products based on polyurethane technology available on the market. Resistant to chalking and discolouration caused by UV radiation, it is ideal for projects such as renovation of worn out roofing felt/PVC, giving the structure the parameters of a cool/cold roof (SRI=102).
ISO-BLOCO MULTITEC submitted by ISO-Chemie GmbH
ISO-BLOCO MULTITEC is a pre-compressed multifunctional tape with hybrid technology that complies with the MF1 standard and is used for airtight, driving rain-proof and thermally insulating 3-level sealing of windows, doors and other connection joints. The hybrid combination of flexible impregnated foam and a tight, moisture-regulating foil membrane layer enables proven and economical sealing of joints according to the principle 'tighter inside than outside.

NanoPUR protects against heat loss in winter and excessive overheating of rooms in summer. Its properties remain unchanged for 25 years. It is physically neutral, does not release any dust, odors, or toxic substances. Silver nanoparticles prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi. It seals even hard-to-reach areas. It has excellent adhesion to virtually any surface. It creates a seamless insulation that is diffusion-open, ensuring air circulation in the building, and is resistant to both low and high temperatures, while providing excellent sound insulation. It does not oxidize at high temperatures, and compared to wool, the foam performs much better due to: impermeability and the absence of thermal bridges. It is also not attractive to animals. Additionally, it does not burden the roof structure and, most importantly, it is moisture-absorbent.
OVOVILLE / DEVELAGRO: Self-supporting structural isosegments submitted by GLOBARCH Sp. z o.o.
It is a technology that is based on a double system of self-supporting structural elements made of thin-walled sheet metal profiles, enriched with a solid portion of insulating material sealed tightly between the layers. It's supported by the next evolution of the prefabrication process, i.e. on-site prefabrication (directly on the construction site) minimising logistics processes (decarbonisation of transport). Practically eliminates all thermal bridges in the external partitions of the building and allows achieving a degree of thermal transmittance of the partition of U<0.085 W/m2*K - Is environmentally friendly. The durability of self-supporting, steel structures is measured in dozens of years of failure-free use, and their strength allows for covering objects with extensive green roof systems. Gives more to nature than it takes away. The arched roof covered with vegetation is a biologically active surface that is over 54% larger than the area of the development taken from nature (the area of the foundation slab).

STARFLEX ULTRA FR is a liquid 1-component polyurea waterproofing membrane. The product is characterised by excellent adhesion parameters with various construction materials. It can be applied in one layer, which speeds up the completion of waterproofing works on flat roofs, balconies and terraces. At the same time, it can be applied on bituminous substrates without prior priming. One hour after application, the product is rain-resistant, which allows you to work in unfavourable weather conditions. Liquid 1-component polyurea waterproofing is the only solution of its kind in Europe. Additionally, thanks to the BROOF T4 fire certification, the product is intended for use under photovoltaic panels.
