BUDMA INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION AND ARCHITECTURE FAIR
Latest Trends
A showcase of the latest products and services, along with a program of events tailored to the industry’s needs—all in one place—makes this the only event of its kind in this part of Europe for the construction industry.
Current topics
One of the key pillars of the BUDMA trade fair is a rich and up-to-date program of events, as well as demonstrations, workshops, special areas, and networking opportunities. The upcoming edition will be held under the theme CONSTRUCTION 5.0 – A NEW PERSPECTIVE. This is a technological revolution that has been underway for several years but continues to expand, becoming more sustainable and human-centered. It combines advanced digitalization (AI, BIM, IoT) with a focus on people and the environment. It is based, among other things, on eco-friendly materials, prefabrication, zero-emission production, and close collaboration between people and machines, aiming to create buildings that are increasingly user-friendly and planet-friendly.
Main themes of the exhibition and program at BUDMA 2027:
NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND DIGITALIZATION
PREFABRICATION AND MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
SPECIALIZED AND PROTECTIVE CONSTRUCTION
THERMAL MODERNIZATION AND ENERGY IN BUILDINGS
RENOVATION AND MODERNIZATION
FUNCTIONAL INTERIORS AND FRIENDLY URBAN SPACES

During this year’s edition, buyers from 16 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America pursued their goal of establishing business relationships. This year’s edition provided foreign business partners with an opportunity to establish cooperation with entities involved in the comprehensive supply of construction projects—from structural work, through building envelopes, to finishing and interior fittings. Arranged one-on-one meetings between key foreign buyers and Budma exhibitors took place in thematic areas such as: window and door joinery (the area of greatest interest), roofs and insulation systems, construction and infrastructure materials, facades and facade systems, finishing materials and interior furnishings, tools, machinery, and construction equipment, installation systems and specialized technologies, as well as the search for partnerships and distribution channels.

The Power of Demonstrations
The Budma Fair is also an opportunity to acquire or hone skills, test specialized equipment or products, and learn about educational opportunities for young people who have chosen a future in the construction industry. In addition to training sessions organized by industry partners, visitors can participate in numerous dynamic demonstrations and consultations that highlight specific trends in various construction sectors. Furthermore, every year a group of aspiring professionals will compete in the Construction Tournament for the “Golden Trowel”—the best students from across the country will showcase their skills in competitions such as bricklaying, roofing, drywall installation, and plumbing.
