PrefTec - Modern Prefabrication Centre is Poland's largest presentation of the latest product and technological solutions for wood, steel and concrete prefabrication as an integral part of the universal construction of the future.

During BUDMA in February 2025, Pavilions 3 and 3A of the Poznań International Fair will showcase a space dedicated to prefabrication in construction. It will occupy more than 3,000 square meters, while this rapidly growing construction sector will be represented by nearly 100 exhibitors from Poland and abroad, who will present a wide range of materials, equipment, technologies and finished products and services.

Prefabrication is an example of universal construction of the future, which is characterized by numerous advantages, such as optimal material consumption, reduced construction time and elimination or significant reduction of technological interruptions. Prefabrication also makes it possible to significantly reduce the impact of weather conditions on the construction process, which increases the efficiency and reliability of this solution.

Prefabricated building elements are characterized by high durability, and also provide the possibility of forming structures with original and innovative shapes, which shows the huge architectural potential of this technology. What's more, prefabrication allows the involvement of fewer workers on site, which improves safety and reduces the risk of accidents.

Another key aspect of prefabrication is its ecological nature - prefabricated elements can be recycled, which contributes to reducing the impact of construction on the environment. The promotion of wood as an environmentally friendly and biodegradable material is an important part of this sector.

Pavilions 3 and 3A of MTP will host manufacturers and distributors offering wood, steel and concrete prefabrication solutions as early as February 2025. Exhibitors will present both structural elements such as wooden prefabricated elements, reinforced concrete columns, beams and lintels, prefabricated steel elements, as well as prefabricated systems for building halls, prefabricated modular buildings and other innovative solutions.

Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about innovations in prefabrication, including startups, new materials and components, as well as modern machinery and equipment used in this technology. Among the solutions on display will be prefabricated finishing elements, building systems, prefabricated modular buildings, and construction services and consulting.

There will also be time dedicated to the general public, including individual investors. Here there will also be a wide range of events, including the presence of well-known ambassadors and celebrities who will support the promotion of manufacturers' brands.

One of the main goals of PrefTec will be to promote wood as an environmentally friendly and biodegradable building material, and to showcase prefabrication as a future-proof and versatile way of building.

PrefTec - Modern Prefabrication Centre will be the only such place in Poland, where you will be able to get acquainted with the latest product and technological solutions of all types of prefabrication, which is now an integral part of the construction of the future.
