International Meeting Zone at the BUDMA Fair
Get ready for unique networking opportunities! Meetings with participants from countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Georgia, Latvia, Belgium, the Netherlands and Great Britain. The International Meeting Zone at the BUDMA fair - will again be located in the heart of pavilion 5. Space for visitors from abroad, including buyers participating in the Hosted Buyers program, key guests from Poland, and finally for BUDMA exhibitors.
International Meeting Zone at BUDMA – business networking supported by AI technology
Meetings are the essence of trade fairs. Irreplaceable in building business relationships, searching for new customers or markets, but also in acquiring knowledge.
The space for international meetings, located in a heart of Budma, hall 5, where not only buyers from all over the world met with suppliers, but they alsonhad the opportunity to obtain consultations on services supporting international trade. The space was teeming with life and exchange of experiences, but above all, it was vibrant with establishing business contacts.
For the first time, we invited a selected group of representatives to the international meeting space:
— exhibitors of the Budma and Windoor-Tech
— buyers invited as part of the Hosted Buyers program and all business visitors from abroad
— key visitors from Poland, representing the construction materials trade, developers, contractors and architects a total of 4,211 carefully selected guests.
We combined knowledge and networking with technology. To ensure that verified participants make the most of the networking opportunities, we have prepared a Budma Networking Mobile App that suggests possible contacts, creates a meeting calendar and a meeting map. All invited guests had the opportunity to arrange meetings in the International Meeting Zone in Hall 5, or directly at the exhibitors’ stands.
The app issued 2,060 recommendations for business contacts, of which 69.9% of them were considered valuable by users.
An extremely important role of the International Meeting Zone is its educational aspect.
The International Meeting Zone's Partners of 2023 - Santander Bank Polska and UPS, shared comprehensive and important knowledge on how to manage company development internationally. Searching for new financing opportunities, security of transactions and logistics, and finally logistics itself in this new, changed and disrupted reality of the supply chain - these questions were answered by the Partners during presentations and workshop.
