Marmomac on stage! ARCHI-STRADA and STONE 2026
On February 5, during ARCHI-STRADA, lectures on the use of stone in architecture will be held on the main stage. The presentations will be given by experts from the natural stone industry at the Marmomac International Fair - Paolo Marone and Gianni Simonelli.

Paolo Marone
President and Technical Director of IS.I.M. – Istituto Internazionale del Marmo e del Mix Design, Eng. Paolo Marone is an internationally recognised expert in natural stone technologies, quarrying, processing, and stone applications in construction and architecture. With decades of experience as a consultant, researcher, and lecturer, he has worked extensively on international projects promoting Italian know-how, technologies, and sustainable solutions for the built environment.
Gianni Simonelli
Founder and CEO of Natural Stone Service, Gianni Simonelli is a stone industry consultant based in Carrara, specialising in material research, strategic marketing, and technical consultancy for architectural and design projects. With a strong hands-on background across the entire stone supply chain, he collaborates worldwide with architects, developers, and fabricators, focusing on material selection, quality control, and production management.
Presentations will take place on December 5th on the main Archi_Strada stage in Hall 5.
