BUDMA under the patronage of ZZBudowlani

The BUDOWLANI Trade Union works to create collective labor agreements at various levels, implement social agreements and contracts, and defend acquired rights. It undertakes initiatives to improve labor law, the social security system, vocational education, and social and economic policy in the broad sense. The BUDOWLANI Trade Union attaches particular importance to activities aimed at improving occupational safety in the sectors in which it operates. The BUDOWLANI Trade Union provides legal assistance, intervenes in conflicts between union members and employers, and initiates and organizes assistance for its members. The union also conducts extensive training, information, publishing, social, leisure, cultural, sports, and recreational activities. In order to obtain funds for the implementation of its statutory tasks, the union also undertakes economic activities.
